The Question:

I have a problem with my hips and thighs, no matter what I do I canīt get in shape, I have a lot of fat on that areas, what kind of excersice do you suggest me ??

The Answer:

Exercises that help to tone and shape the hips, thighs and butt area are squats, leg presses, lunges, and step ups. You will see all these exercises in the Get Lean programs on our site.

Now, while the exercises you choose are important, you still have to do the work and exercise consistently! You also have to try to eat a balanced diet of Carbohydrates, Protien and Fat. By balanced I am talking from a ratio standpoint. Many people respond best to a diet consisting of 40-50% carbs, 25-30% protein, and 25-30% fat. Also try eating 4-6 complete, balanced meals everyday.
