The Question:

I would like to get a youth routine for a 15 year old male. Is there a page that will provide such a routine? My limited research has provided an option for myself, but that is all I have located.


The Answer:

I am not sure if you have seen our youth programs or not. They are very basic and provide strength training exercises as well as bodyweight oriented exercises. The Get Lean Programs or the General Fitness Programs are also excellent for young people over the age of 14. Check these out and let me know what you decide to do!
