With all of these plyometric exercises it is best to watch the video to be able to get the best understanding of how to do the exercise. You will start this exercise with your legs in a lunged position. Keep the shin of your front leg in a vertical position. This will allow your knee to stay above your foot creating less shear force to the knee area and placing the emphasis on the hip and glutes. Once in proper position explode into the air and alternate your leg position upon landing. Try to get a good dynamic flexion and extension of your legs during this exercise. Your arms should swing in the opposite position of your legs so that when you left leg is in the forward position so is your right arm!
