Cable Straight Arm Pulldown

Position your body 2.5 – 3 feet from the upper pulley wheel. Grasp the cable bar and lean forward until your upper body and your arms are in a straight line. Exhale and pull the bar down to the mid-thigh area while simultaneously straightening your upper body to create a greater range of motion for the upper and outer back muscles. This is a great exercise for developing flexibility and strength in the shoulders and back muscles.
