Drop Push Ups

Kneel on the floor. You may have to use a rubber tube to help you on this exercise. Have a partner stand behind you with the tube wrapped around your upper body but under your shoulders. Fall forward into a push up position and explode back up. Try to spend as little time on the ground as possible. This is a great upper body plyometric exercise that will maximize your upper body power!
