Front to Back Double Leg Cone Hops

Begin standing with a short cone in front of your feet. Stand with feet close together, lean forward slightly from your hips, and hold a slight bend in your knees. Once you begin hoping over the cone front to back stay up on your toes and spend the least amount of time you can in contact with the floor. As soon as you contact the floor begin pushing off again.
