Dumbbell Fly

Begin lying on a flat bench. The weight should be extended over your chest with your arms perpendiclar to the floor. Bend your elbows slightly. Open your arms and lower the weight down as far as is comfortable to you. There should not be any movement in your elbows. Exhale and squeeze the weight back up. This is a great flexibility exercise for the pectorals.
