Reverse Plate Curls
Search:
Grasp a weight plate with a reverse grip. Your hands should be in an 11:00 o'clock and a 1:00 o'clock position on the plate. Curl the weight up and slowly return. This exercise works on grip strength as well as the biceps and forearms!
