Sit-Up Test

     Before entering your sit-up test information, you must perform the following test: Lie on the floor on your back with your knees bent up and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands on your side palms facing the floor. Keep your eyes fixed on the ceiling and crunch up so that you move your finger tips forward two inches along the floor. Perform as many of these crunches as you can in 75 seconds.
