What if I Miss a Week of Workouts?

     If you miss a week due to illness or travel, we recommend that you go back to the beginning of the week prior to the one you missed. For instance if you miss week seven, when you resume the next week, go back to the beginning of week six. We advise this because your progress each week is in large part due to the preparation taking place in the preceeding weeks. Week one preps you for week two, week two for week three and so on.
