How Do I Read My Program?


Your program will list each exercise for each day. As you go to the right you will see a group of numbers and symbols separated by a comma.

For example: Bench Press 10@50Lbs., 5@75lbs. The first 10@50lbs. is your first set. This means perform ten repetitions with 50lbs. Rest then go on to the next set; 5 repetitions with 75lbs.

Complete your sets as listed left to right. Go down to the next line of sets after all sets on the first line are complete.
